As a young and dynamic start-up, we are looking for an amazing Legal Search and Selection Consultant with mad “spotting and interviewing top potentials” skills, ready to join our kickass team. Why do we need you?
Our unique technology matches the right assignment with the right available legal consultants, in a matter of seconds. We know you can’t be faster or better than that. Mainly, we need you to work your magic in:
• In-depth interviewing and vetting of the subscribed legal consultants.
• Spotting, searching, contacting and attracting the top legal potentials available on the market. Secondly, we would love it if you:
• Assist in any way to help us grow further.
• Are creative and know your way around in social media and marketing.
What does your profile look like?
• You have a Bachelor or Master in Law, or you are a work student in Law, or you have at least 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter for high qualified profiles in legal or other domains.
• You are ready to be part of an amazing start-up adventure and to work with a passionate team.
• You speak and write in Dutch, French and English. You have a fluent communication style and you are basically a nice person with a great attitude.
• You underwrite our values of transparency, integrity, liberty and responsibility.
